Dune Road Update
James went out to Dune Road in Westhampton for a site visit. With the exterior almost complete, the sheet rock in place, and flooring underfoot, this weekend residence looks as if it will be up and running in time for a Memorial Day cookout.

With a degree in art and architecture history as well as a masters in English literature, Nadine Bouler is an educator in Jericho High School and an artist. Her artwork has been exhibited in Belgium, Brazil, Wales, and in shows in the United States.

Love the shapes. What's the flooring?
In this project it's oak. James said you should check out teak-- $6 a foot. He's using it in one of the Captree houses.
